Yes. We can email a COI to your insurance broker, property manager, or HOA board the same day. We carry $1M general liability plus workers comp.
Three months. After that you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The 3-month minimum lets us amortize the route setup and the per-property checklist build.
Yes — both are standard. Most restaurants and retail prefer 7–9am or after 8pm. Offices typically pick weekends or before-open. We coordinate with the property manager.
No. We're a ground-level + lift-accessible specialist. We do not do rope-access or BMU work over 3 stories. Anything taller, we'll happily refer you to a specialist.
Yes. Post-construction commercial is custom-quoted per square foot after a walk-through, since residue type (stucco, paint overspray, sticker adhesive, protective film) drives the rate more than glass area. We remove all of those without scratching low-E or tinted glass.
