Yes — emailed to your broker, property manager, or HOA board within an hour of request. $1M GL + workers comp through a Nebraska-licensed carrier.
3–5 buildings under one PM: standard recurring discount. 6+ buildings: additional 5% off the recurring rate plus a single consolidated monthly invoice.
Yes — clubhouse, pool house, entry-monument signage glass, and gatehouse windows. We don't service individual unit windows in HOA-managed properties unless owners book separately.
Yes — common-area glass, leasing-office windows, and exterior breezeway glass. Unit-by-unit cleaning we'd quote separately and coordinate with tenant notice requirements.
