How does the leasing model work?

You pay one all-in season price. We supply the lights, install them, service any failures during the season, take them down in January, and store the same set in our warehouse year-round. Next year, the same lights come back — no clutter in your garage, no replacing strands every couple of years.

When should I book?

Book by October 15 for the early-bird 15% off and first pick on installation week. Our calendar typically fills by mid-November. After November 15 we can't guarantee a pre-Thanksgiving install.

What lights do you use?

Accepted Answer

Commercial-grade C9 LEDs on heavy-gauge cord. Each bulb is rated for 25,000 hours and built to handle Omaha winters — wind, ice, and freeze/thaw cycles. We don't use the disposable strands sold at hardware stores.

Question 4

What if a strand burns out during the season?

Accepted Answer

Reply to your install confirmation text or email. We treat strand outages as warranty service — no extra charge, usually fixed within 48 hours. Most outages are clip-related, not bulb-related, and we keep replacements in the warehouse.

Do you do trees and bushes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — tree wraps (trunks and lower branches) and bush blanketing are part of the Full Estate package. We use a separate mini-light strand for bushes that doesn't tangle with C9 cord.

Can I keep the lights instead of leasing?

Accepted Answer

We offer a one-time purchase-and-install option if you'd rather own the strands and store them yourself. It's roughly 1.6× the leasing price for the first year and you handle takedown. Most customers stay on the lease — it's cheaper over 3+ seasons and the storage alone is worth it.

What about timers?

Every install includes an outdoor-rated timer set to your schedule (most popular: 4:30 PM on, 11:30 PM off, adjusted for daylight savings). We can also wire to a smart plug if you want app control.

Do you handle commercial properties or HOAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we install C9 displays for storefronts, restaurants, HOA entry signs, and apartment complexes. Pricing is custom based on linear feet and access. Reach out and we'll do a walk-through.
