1. Step 1

   Property walk-through

   On arrival we walk the property with you, count panes, identify any pre-existing damage (cracked storm panes, loose seals, etc.), and confirm the quoted scope. If anything needs to change, we agree on the new price in writing before we start.

2. Step 2

   Interior prep + cleaning

   Drop cloths on hardwood and carpet, room-by-room sequence, ammonia-free + kid- and pet-safe solutions on microfiber. Never paper towels — they shed lint. Sills and frames wiped as we go.

3. Step 3

   Screen + track cleaning

   Screens removed and hand-washed with non-abrasive brushes. Pinholes and small tears patched free. Tracks vacuumed with narrow attachments, scrubbed with soft brushes, detail-swabbed in the corners.

4. Step 4

   Exterior cleaning with purified water

   Water-fed carbon-fiber poles + deionized (DI) water for streak-free exterior cleaning. Ladders only where the pole won't reach. We don't lean ladders against vinyl or wood siding without protection.

5. Step 5

   Walk-through + streak-free guarantee

   We walk every window with you before leaving. If anything isn't right, we fix it on the spot. If you find a streak within seven days, we come back free — no service-call fee, no fine print.
