3. 3. They get $25. The neighbor who referred you gets $25 off their next clean (or cash via Venmo) when your job completes.

TODO(referrals): wire UTM-based attribution + CRM credit logic once Housecall Pro / Jobber is connected. For now the discount applies manually on the first quote.
